But will Karbonn Aura Power 4G be able to take on Xiaomi Redmi 4A?

After recently launching the Aura Note 4G, and the Aura Sleek 4G, Karbonn has quietly unveiled yet another budget 4G smartphone, called Aura Power 4G. The smartphone comes with average specifications, and it is currently listed on the company’s website. The price of the Karbonn Aura Power 4G is unknown, as is the availability.

On the design front, the Karbonn Aura Power 4G comes with the camera, the LED flash and the logo at the back. The front houses the display, capacitive buttons, selfie camera and the sensors. The phone is available in blue color. The talking point of the device is the massive 4,000mAh battery, which should be good enough to survive more than a day on a single charge.

Karbonn Aura Power 4G features, specifications

The Karbonn Aura Power 4G runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 out-of-the-box. The phone comes with a 5-inch HD (720p) display with 2.5D curved glass screen, and is powered by an unknown 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The phone comes with 8GB internal memory, expandable up to 32GB, and 1GB RAM. ALSO READ: Micromax Spark Vdeo with Google Duo support launched, priced at Rs 4,499: Features, specifications

For photography, there is a 5-megapixel primary camera with dual-LED flash, while the front camera is a basic 2-megapixel snapper. Interestingly, there is also a front-facing selfie flash. Karbonn Aura Power 4G supports 4G LTE connectivity.

In the recent past, there have been multiple entry-level smartphones launched by Indian brands like Micromax and Intex, after Xiaomi launched its Redmi 4A for Rs 5,999. The Karbonn Aura Power 4G will compete against the likes of the Micromax Spark Vdeo, Intex Aqua 4G Mini and the slightly more expensive Xiaomi Redmi 4A. Karbonn Aura Power 4G does boast a better display and better battery but Xiaomi Redmi 4A with a 13-megapixel rear end camera and Snapdragon 425 quad core processor is better in most ways.
