Micromax has launched an entry-level smartphone, called the Bolt Q326 Plus for Rs 3,499. The company has also launched a tablet, called the Canvas Tab P681.


Micromax has launched a new entry-level smartphone in its Bolt series, called the Bolt Q326 Plus. It has also launched a new tablet called in its Canvas series, called the Canvas Tab P681 and it is listed on the company’s official website. The Micromax Bolt Q326 Plus is exclusively available via ShopClues for an introductory price of Rs 3,499. It is an upgraded version of the Micromax Bolt Q326, which was launched in April this year. The smartphone has been improved in terms of the performance as it has 1.3GHz quad-core processor whereas the Bolt Q326 runs on dual-core 1.2GHz processor. RAM size has been increased from 512MB to 1GB. The Canvas Tab P681 is available online for Rs 7,499.

Micromax Bolt Q326 Plus Specifications

Micromax Bolt Q326 features a 4.0-inch WVGA display with Corning Gorilla Glass Protection. Under the hood runs a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The smartphone comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB onboard storage. On the photography front, the smartphone sports a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front camera. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. It is powered by a 1,400mAh battery. It offers connectivity options like dual-SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth.

It comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage which is expandable up to 32GB. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and is powered by a 1,750mAh battery. It sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front camera.

Micromax Canvas Tab P681 specifications

The Micromax Canvas Tab P681 features an 8-inch IPS (800×1280 pixels) display. Under the hood runs a MediaTek MT8321A quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. The tablet comes with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage which is further expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. On the photography fornt, the tablet sports 5-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and a 2-megapixel front camera. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Micromax Tab P681 is powered by a 4,000mAh battery. It offers connectivity options like dual-SIM support, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0 and GPS. As for its competition, the Asus ZenPad C 7.0 could give the Micromax Canvas Tab P681 a good run for the money. The Asus ZenPad C 7.0 is priced at Rs 7,999 and features a 7-inch WSVGA IPS display. Under the hood runs a MediaTek MT8382 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. The tablet comes with 2GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS wrapped under ZenUI 2.0.
