Amazon India is hosting its Prime Day sale for the first time in India. The sale will kick-off at 6PM today and will continue till tomorrow midnight. Exclusive to Amazon Prime members, the sale offers huge discounts and price-drops across multiple product categories. If you aren’t a prime member yet, and want to benefit from the deals on Prime Day Sale, you can subscribe to the service by paying Rs 499 for a year. One of the interesting deals going live today is where buying one TCL TV, you get one absolutely free.
Yes, you read that right. On buying a 55-inch TCL 4K Android Smart TV, you get a 32-inch HD Ready TV free. But other specific details of the deal such as the pricing isn’t known yet, and you will have to check back on Amazon India once the deal goes live at 6PM. Other than that, Amazon India is also offering interesting discounts on kitchen and home appliances with up to 45 percent off on Samsung 253L frost free refrigerator, Voltas 1.4 Ton split AC, Haier’s fully automatic washing machine, Philips Viva induction cooktop and more.
The Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus gets flat Rs 1,000 off, OnePlus 3T gets flat Rs 2,000 off, whereas the Honor 6X gets up to Rs 3,000 off. Amazon India is also offering some interesting deals on its products. To begin with, the Amazon Fire TV Stick which is priced at Rs 3,999, gets flat Rs 1,000 off, bringing its price down to Rs 2,999. Additionally, the company is also offering Rs 499 as Amazon Pay balance to prime customers.
The Kindle range also gets discounts of up to Rs 2,500. The All New Kindle which is usually priced at Rs 5,999, can be purchased for Rs 4,750. The Kindle PaperWhite Wi-Fi edition which is usually priced at Rs 10,999 will be available for Rs 8,499, whereas the Kindle PaperWhite WAN version which is usually priced at Rs 13,999 will be available for Rs 11,499.
Amazon India is also offering 20 percent discount on Kindle Starter Packs (KSP). The pack consists of the Kindle e-reader, premium Kindle case, free two-year Kindle Total Protection Plan and Kindle eBook promotion.
