Huawei Mate 10 Mate 10 Pro prices revealed

The Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro are rumored to feature ‘EntireView’ displays with 18:9 aspect ratio.


Huawei will launch its Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro smartphones on October 16 in Berlin, Germany. The smartphones have been so far been confirmed to debut the newly launch Kirin 970 SoC, and sport a dual-camera setup. Even so, the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro have been showing up in leaks consistently with its details and design revealed slowly. A new leak now reveals the price and storage details of the two devices.

According to a report by GSMArena, the Mate 10 comes in three storage variants starting with 4GB RAM plus 64GB priced at CNY 4,299 (approximately Rs 42,100). The 6GB RAM plus 128GB storage variant will be priced at CNY 4,899 (approximately Rs 47,900), and the highest 6GB RAM plus 256GB will retail at CNY 5,599 (approximately Rs 54,800).

As for the Mate 10 Pro, it will be available in four storage variants. The base variant with 6GB RAM plus 64GB storage will be priced at CNY 5,499 (approximately Rs 53,800), 6GB RAM plus 128GB at CNY 6,199 (approximately Rs 60,700), and 6GB RAM plus 256GB at CNY 6,899 (approximately Rs 67,500). As far as specifications are concerned, the Huawei Mate 10 is expected to feature a 5.9-inch ‘EntireView’ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The Mate 10 Pro is said to flaunt a bigger EntireView display with the same 18:9 aspect ratio, and 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. Both the smartphones are rumored to pack a 4,200mAh battery. The dual-camera setup on the Mate 10 will include a pair of 12-megapixel RGB sensor, and a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor. Like other Huawei flagship smartphones, the cameras on the Mate 10 will also be co-developed with Leica. It’s worth noting that the same dual-camera setup is found on the Mate 9, and the Huawei P10 as well.
