Moto G5 Blue Sapphire color variant

he Moto G5 is currently available in Fine Gold and Lunar color options.

Lenovo-owned Motorola launched the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus at this year’s MWC expo. Weeks later, Motorola launched the higher variant of the two, the Moto G5 Plus, in India for Rs 14,999 as Flipkart exclusive. The Moto G5 is expected to launch in the country in coming days. Both the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus were launched in two color variants of Fine Gold and Lunar, along with aluminum backplates. A new color option could be arriving soon as the Moto G5 has been spotted online clad in Blue Sapphire color.

Leakster Roland Quandt has shared the images of what are believed to be the press renders of the Moto G5. As seen in the images, the Moto G5 is covered in Blue Sapphire color on the back and the sides while the front panel has black color. Apart from the color, there are no noticeable changes in terms of design for the Moto G5. There are no details, however, on whether the specifications of this color variant would differ from the already available Moto G5. This color variant could also turn out to be a limited edition of sorts for the Moto G5.

Successor to the last year’s Moto G4 series, the Moto G5 lineup comes with popular features like Moto Display and shake gestures. Both the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus will also be receiving Google Assistant.
