Huawei Nova 2 was recently spotted on Chinese certification website TENNA, giving us noteworthy details of how the mid-range smartphone would look like. With a new leak that has surfaced online, the launch date for Huawei Nova 2 has been tipped off as well.
The poster of the official launch was leaked online and it seems like the Chinese smartphone manufacturer might make the device official on May 26. Interestingly, the leaked poster of Huawei Nova 2 series also hints that Huawei could launch a ‘Plus’ variant for the device too. Earlier leaks suggest that the Huawei Nova 2 could come in rose gold color option and would sport an all-metal body with fingerprint scanner located at the back.

From what we know so far, Huawei Nova 2 is likely to feature a 5.5-inch full HD display, whereas the Nova 2 Plus variant could sport a subsequently larger display size. Both the variants could be powered by Huawei’s HiSilicon Kirin 660 SoC under the hood. In terms of camera, the device has been previously tipped to sport a dual-rear camera setup – a combination of dual 12-megapixel cameras on the rear, and a 2o-megapixel selfie snapper on the front.
The device could house a 3,o00 mAh battery with fast charging support. On the software front, the smartphone could ship with Android 7.0 Nougat OS wrapped under EMUI custom interface.
