The Meizu M5 will compete against the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Lenovo K6 Power.
Meizu’s latest smartphone – the Meizu M5 – has launched in India and is priced at Rs 10,499. It would be a Tatacliq exclusive. The company had launched the smartphone in China a few months ago. In India, only the 3GB RAM / 32GB storage version would be available, unlike in China where the company also offers a 2GB / 16GB version.
“We had launched M5 in China market a few months ago and within a short span of time, this particular model bought various accolades for Meizu’s M series. This overwhelming response further inspired us to introduce this device in Indian market which evidently is one of the key markets for Meizu,” Leon Zhang, Meizu Marketing Head, South Asia commented on the launch.
