
The Moto E4 Plus is expected to sport a massive 5,000mAh battery.
The dust has barely settled over the Moto C, Moto C Plus smartphones that were launched yesterday, and rumors about the company’s E-series smartphones have already started to emerge. The Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus were recently spotted in a leaked presentation and now the ‘Plus’ variant has leaked in the form of press renders.
First spotted by WinFuture’s Roland Quandt, the leaked renders show gold and black variant of what is said to be the Moto E4 Plus smartphone. As we can see in the render, the front is dominated by the display with the physical home button below it, and a front-facing camera with LED flash above the display. At the back, you have the rear camera with LED flash, whereas the 3.5 mm audio port is on the top. The smartphone is seen flaunting a full metal unibody, with the power / sleep button, and volume rocker placed on the right.

From the leaked listing that we have come across earlier, the Moto E4 Plus is likely to carry the codename – XT1770. It is expected to feature a 5.5-inch IPS display with 2.5D curved glass on top. The smartphone could be powered by a MediaTek MT6737 quad-core SoC clocked at 1.3GHz and paired with 3GB of RAM. With 32GB of built-in storage, a microSD card slot for up to 128GB support is also expected. On the camera front, the smartphone is expected to sport a 13-megapixel sensor with support for auto-focus. Up front, a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling is expected. The smartphone might come with a massive 5,000mAh battery.
Moto E4 Plus will not be the only phone Motorola will be launching. We have been hearing a lot about the smaller variant, the Moto E4 also. However, please note that the above renders are of the Moto E4 Plus smartphone.
Talking about the Moto E4 smartphone, rumors suggest that it could feature a 5-inch HD (720p) LCD display, a MediaTek MT6737M quad-core chipset clocked at 1.3GHz, paired with 2GB of RAM. Also on offer could be 16GB of internal storage with microSD card slot for further expansion. The Moto E4 is said to sport an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. Talking about the battery, the smartphone could feature a 2,800mAh battery. Earlier it was rumored that the smartphone will come with 4,000mAh battery. Connectivity options on the smartphone could include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11n, GPS and NFC. On the software front, it will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
Talking about the price of the smartphones, reports in the past suggested that the Moto E4 might be priced around €150 which is Rs 10,500 approximately. The Moto E4 Plus, on the other hand, could be priced at €190 which is Rs 13,300 approximately. We will still suggest you take the information with a pinch of salt till the company officially confirms anything.
