Xiaomi Mi Max (Rs 14,999)
The Mi Max has 6.44-inch full HD display, and was launched in two variants — one with 32GB onboard storage, Snapdragon 650 processor and 3GB of RAM, and another with 4GB of RAM, 128GB onboard storage and Snapdragon 652 processor. Right now only the Snapdragon 650 with 3GB RAM variant is available. The phablet sports a 16-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. It is powered by a 4,850mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge support. It offers connectivity options like dual-SIM, 4G LTE with VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS and Bluetooth. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (64GB) (Rs 12,999)
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 features a 5.5-inch 1080p display covered under 2.5D curved glass. It comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC, 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM options, and 32GB/64GB storage options. The smartphone also features a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF support, 5-megapixel selfie camera, fingerprint sensor, and a 4,100mAh battery. The Xiaomi Redmi 4 flaunts a 5-inch HD (720p) IPS display. Under the hood is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 435 octa-core SoC. The base variant comes with 16GB storage and 2GB of RAM, the mid variant comes with 32GB storage and 3GB of RAM, while the more expensive variant comes with 64GB storage and 4GB of RAM. The internal memory can be expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card. For photography, the smartphone comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and PDAF support. Up front, there is a 5-megapixel snapper for selfies. The Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime comes with a 5-inch HD display. It runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and it comes with 32GB built-in storage, 3GB of RAM and a fingerprint scanner. It includes a 4,100mAh battery, and connectivity options such as dual-SIM card slots (hybrid setup), 4G LTE support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS. The smartphone is priced at Rs 8,999, and it stands out among the entry-level smartphones with its all-metal unibody design, which reminds one of the Redmi Note 3. Xiaomi Redmi 4A (Rs 5,999)
The Xiaomi Redmi 4A sports a 5-inch HD (720p) IPS display, and is powered by Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 425 quad-core chipset paired with Adreno 308GPU. The smartphone comes with 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card. The Redmi 4A is equipped with a 13-megapixel primary camera with aperture f/2.2 and 5-element lens, accompanied by a single LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie camera up front with an aperture of f/2.2. Unlike the Redmi 3s series, the Redmi 4A doesn’t come with a huge battery. Instead, there is a 3,120mAh unit underneath. There’s also no fingerprint sensor onboard.
