Gionee A1 Plus is available for Rs 26,99 across retail stores in India.
Gionee had recently launched the successor to its A1 smartphone, the A1 Plus. The Gionee A1 Plus stands out for its dual rear camera setup, and a massive 4,550mAh battery. The smartphone is priced at Rs 26,999, and it is currently available for purchase across retail stores in India. Gionee has now announced two new offers with Paytm and Reliance Jio for the A1 Plus.
Reliance Jio users who activate their SIM card for the first time on the Gionee A1 Plus will be entitled to an offer on recharging for Rs 309 and above. After activating the Jio SIM card and recharging for Rs 309, users will get additional 60GB of 4G data. This offer is applicable for a total of six recharges on the Rs 309 and above plans. For Paytm wallet users, Gionee is offering two cashback vouchers worth Rs 250 each on the purchase of A1 Plus. These cashback vouchers can be obtained after a minimum purchase of Rs 350 on Paytm Mall. After the said purchase, the amount from the cashback vouchers will be added to the respective Paytm account.
The Gionee A1 Plus‘ highlight is its dual rear camera module, which includes 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors. Up front, the smartphone houses a 20-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling. As for the rest of the specifications, the Gionee A1 Plus features a 6-inch full HD display, MediaTek’s Helio P25 octa-core clocked at 2.6Hz, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of expandable storage. On the software front, the Gionee A1 Plus runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Amigo 4 layered on top. The smartphone also comes with a front-facing fingerprint scanner. Gionee claims that the fingerprint sensor can successfully unlock the phone in 0.2 seconds. The fingerprint sensor also activates ‘Edgebar’ function which allows users to get quicker access to their favorite apps.
