Yota YotaPhone 3 is expected to feature a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display. The device powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM and two storage variants of 64GB and 128GB. In the photography department, the smartphone is rumored to sport a 12-megapixel rear camera and a 13-megapixel front camera. On the software front, it could run the Android-based YOTA OS 3.0 dual operating system.
