Gionee is gearing up to launch its first bezel-less smartphone in India, called M7 Power.
Gionee launched the M7 Power in Thailand last month. At the time of launch, the company had hinted that the smartphone will soon be launched in other markets too. Today, Gionee is all set to launch the smartphone in India. The smartphone will follow the leads of Galaxy S8-duo and LG G6 and will come with a bezel-less 18:9 screen.
As far as the pricing is concerned, the Gionee M7 Power is priced at 9,990 Thai Baht (Rs 19,600 approximately). Apart from the 18:9 aspect ratio display, the M7 Power will also come with a huge 5,000mAh battery with fast charging support, which the company claims is good enough to last up to two days on a single charge. In terms of specifications, the smartphone comes with 6-inch HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) FullView display with 2.5D curved glass display and 18:9 aspect ratio. At the heart, there is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC paired with Adreno 505 GPU and 4GB RAM. It also comes with 64GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB with microSD card.
On the camera front, the phone features a 13-megapixel primary camera with an LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and PDAF. For selfies, it sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the device comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio.
